The ask
An e-commerce consultancy wanted to know where AI was genuinely useful in their industry — both for running their own business and for the client stores they look after.
What we did
Scoped the questions that mattered, including the ones the client wasn't sure how to ask. Researched the tools, the claims and the real results, then wrote a thorough report with clear recommendations they could act on and re-use with their own clients.
The result
A finished deliverable, handed over. The client came away confident they were current in their field — and able to pass that confidence on to the businesses they serve.
