Most talk about AI mixes up three very different things. Here is how we split it, so you can point at the one you actually want.
A Quick Answer
You have a question or need a first draft. A supplier email, a policy outline, a rough plan. Low stakes, fast, cheap. You check it and use it.
Good for: day-to-day questions and rough drafts.
A Finished Deliverable
A real piece of work, done properly and handed to you. A market report, a costed spreadsheet, a set of documents you can put in front of staff or clients.
Good for: work you would otherwise pay a consultant weeks for.
Something Built In
Custom software or automation that sits inside how your business already runs. Quotes drafted from an inbox, orders checked overnight, records tidied without anyone touching them.
Good for: the same job done again and again, every week.
The platform
Why Claude
Client work is built mainly on Claude. That is a choice, not a default. It handles long documents and messy real-world context well, it follows careful instructions closely, and it is steadier about saying when it is unsure — which matters when the output goes to your customers.
Other tools get used where they are better suited, and we will tell you when that happens. The point is never the brand of the model. The point is whether the finished work holds up.
