Diakresto is run by Tim, from Gawler in South Australia. Tim holds a Master's in Computer Science and spends his days with owners of small and medium businesses across Northern Adelaide — Gawler, Salisbury, Playford and the towns around them.

The work started from a simple frustration. Owners were being sold AI as a package before anyone had asked what their business actually needed. So the offer became the opposite: sit down, listen, work out what fits, and say so honestly — even when the answer is that you don't need to spend anything yet.

The values are plain. Integrity in what we promise and what we charge. Honest advice, including the advice that loses us the job. And decisions shaped by Christian faith — which in practice means treating your business and your money the way we would want ours treated.

Being local matters too. You can meet in person, you get one person who knows your setup, and there is no offshore support queue between you and an answer.
